Woke up at 4a., not sure when I went to sleep last night. I think it was about 11p. Jon Bonet Ramsey is in the news again. A documentary about her death was on last night. I am amazed at how the police treated the family. Two weeks after the murder they knew that the father did not committ the murder yet they kept him under scrutiny. What a horrible thing for the family to go through, especially after losing a child. I think it is obvious that someone came in through the gerter and killed her after raping her. I doubt they will never find out who did it. Josh has been falling asleep on the couch playing Mind ...... for about four nights now. This morning he was up at 4a. School today. Nothing interesting happened over the weekend so I didn't do a post. I did, however, catch The Enchanted Cottage on one of the channels. It is a very good movie made in 1945. Robert Young and Dorothy McGuire. He and his fiance had come to look at the cottage as a possible honeymoon cottage. He(Oliver Bradford) was crippled during the war and cames there to live at the cottage away from the world. He and Dorothy's character(a homely maid named Laura Pennington) come to care for one another. Oliver asked her to marry him. They have this enchantment among themselves where they can see themselves as beautiful and handsome while others see them as they really are. They are very happy until his family comes to see him and as much as spells it all out for them. How pathetic they both are. It takes a neighborhood blind friend(played by Herbert Marshall) of theirs to bring them back to their happiness. Lovely story. Josh missed the bus this morning and refuses to get on the city one. I don't know what we can do. He had three days off but says he is too tired. He goes to bed early too. I have told him he has to go but I don't know what else to do. Nothing to take away. Nothing to do. The school where he goes does nothing either so we have no back up. I talked to the social worker at the school. Name is Autumn. She said that Josh will start losing credits next year if he misses school. He could go to school until he is 21 if he doesn't get the credits he needs. I told him and he didn't want to hear it. Told Cami also. Autumn also told me that Medicaid pays for his meds until he is 18 or longer if he is in school. I don't know what options we have after that. Maybe he won't need them. Have to wait and see I guess. Having Cami talk to the doctor too when she goes in for their next meds check on the 13th. It's a major concern and something we need to find out about as early as we can. Clinton is still showing a lead across the country but it is getting smaller. Scares me. Clinton has about 272 electoral votes where Trump has about 174 I believe. That hasn't changed much. I got the housing paperwork done and mailed. It will go out tomorrow. I am glad to have it done. Also paid a couple bills and sent them out. Done until the 12th. Better post this. Have a good hump day.

Hi there my friend. Yes that Jon Benet case is so sad that they still dont know who murdered the child. So awful. That movie sounds good have not seen it. I had been watching a show called Rectify bout a guy who gets out of prison and lots to deal with. Wish Josh would get to school. Yes that Medicaid is valuable to him for sure. Hopefully as you say he may not need it. Meds need to be checked for sure. It is frightening to know that the gap is getting smaller for the candidates. Good you got that housing paperwork done. Mine too done, it is nerve wracking for me also. New lease will being in Nov. but has to be signed in Oct. for us. Happy Wednesday to you too friend.

Yes, the Jon Bonet case is fascinating. I can't believe the police and DA didn't work better together. The movie is one of my all time favorites. Josh is going to have a rude awakening if he doesn't get after it. He will lose credits if he doesn't get there next year. He'll be in the nineth grade and will lose credits if he misses school. He could go to school until he is 21 if he does't buckle down. ALl my kids have graduated and he better too. They don't have us do the paper work annually like they used to. Just every few years.

They even tried to bl-aim the brother , the father and the mother. They found different DNA than the family and that went nowhere. We will never know the truth.

It's amazing. The investigation was not done well from the very beginning. When the police and DA can't even come together it is pretty pathetic.
