I just got a long email from my son' and it appears to be a Paperwork snafu that has messed up things' for his landlord and Robbie my son So my son has an appointment with Hud to get the correct paperwork filed and get his hud rental help again. I hope now that my son will be able to get Hud back on the right track so he will get those help payments on time from now]on. I feel a whole lot better.bet I do sleep better tonight too,It sounds to me like some HUD employee' was lax on her work, did not get the proper paperwork filed and forgot to notify my son about it too. So hopefully we can soon put this problem to rest and move on again.Glad he emailed me. One original post,graphic by P: Hatley copyrighted 2016

That's good that even through email , your son updates you . Who says that distance makes a hindrance in connecting with a love one .

we actually do live a few m iles fromone other but Im on a walker and thus do not get around much so we use email

I suppose the lesson here too, is to be proactive and double check that payments are paid like they are supposed to be, so if they are not, one can research and take care of things sooner, rather than assuming everything is good. I would have prob just assumed myself

I tired HUD once and the office worker was like " No honey, poor people don`t want to live around here, they want on East side." I cannot even afford to live on east side, that`s the rich people! So I pulled out of the program.

It sounds to me like they have an employee who is Miss dodo brains to mess things up so badly and cause my son so much trouble.
