My Feet

I have bone spurs in both my feet (two in my right heal and 1 in my left heal) and plantar faciatis in both feet as well, but worse in my right foot. The podiatrist said over a year ago when I was also getting pain running up the side of my ankle that she was thinking tendontis was acting up again as it had done years ago. To be sure I needed to do an MRI and medicad would not pay for it. I went to the hospital ER and they said that they could not do it either. That has been a year, now the tops of my feet are hurting, especial near my baby toe and the one next to it on my left foot.Does anyone have any ideas of what this could be?

Yes, Patsie I know that you are not doctors. I am just asking your all's opinions because maybe someone reading this might have had this type of pain and could say something like "it might be......"

@dfollin I am just saying it could be a ruptured tendon if so It must be repaired soon or you foot will turn inward so you will need to see your foot specialist as it must be repaired mine was not and I was doomed to wear orthopedic shoes With brace on bad foot for the rest of my life.

Many old people suffer from it.There seems not be a certain cure for it.The bone spurs are degenerative changes.

Better you try Haritaki. Take just one seed and 15 black pepper and powder it. Add 2 cups of water. Boil it to half. Drink it after Dinner. After a week try to observe the difference and tell me if any., Use a shoe that covers all your toes and practice walking. Added to this do SARVANGASANA in yoga. Even my sister and my aunt are having this problem. Their ankle bones are almost bent. I do not know how can they walk.

Thank you! What is Haritaki? I have never heard of that. I do wear shoes that cover my whole foot. I hope your sister and aunt get better too.

I don't know how bad it's gotten to be but I suffer from PF and spurs as well but really the only remedy are orthotics. I try to choose better shoes as well although it had been a series of trial and error until I find the ones that really work. On most days I wear my new balance shoes with orthotics inside. Helps A LOT! And I have thongs with a proper arch support where I feel virtually pain free. The problem with PF is that if you don't give your arch proper support, the rest of your body will compensate and they too will start aching, such as your back. It seems far fetched but they are actually related

Thanks for the info. I have found that the only shoe that helps the bottoms of my feet are Sketchers that have padding in them and I add insoles in them. The Podiatrist and my GP both say they are great. But day before yesterday the tops of my feet started hurting! Hmmm! I have Fibromyalgia also and wearing thongs hurts! But thanks for the info. And when I get insurance I will go see an Orthopedic.
