I´m enjoying a frittata.

I discovered that I did not have much to eat for lunch today. And that I had not eaten much for breakfast as Leticia doesn´t come on Saturdays and I prefer to stay in bed mylotting. So I went to have a look a the fridge and I discovered several veggies that could be mixed into a frittata. I fried thin slices of zuchinni and sweet peeper. While they were frying (cooking in oil really) Y went to the garden for some chives. The rest was easy. Eggs, grated cheese, oregano, salt and pepper, some jamaican jerk I brought from the Caribbean and cooked it. It was delicious. Now to get ready for Sofía´s birthday. I hope she likes the play dough.
