Good evening everyone. I have just gotten home from my first transformation challenge workout. It wasn't hard. I think they are easing us into it. I was soooo nervous all day about going and it was all for nothing. I was able to do everything that the instructor wanted us to do. I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow as I haven't done any weight training in a long time. Still, I'll welcome the feeling as it will mean that progress is being made! Now I'm heading to bed. I have some kind of nasty virus and have been feeling sick all day. I need to just crash now. Catch you all tomorrow.
