True love?

Some said that true love comes at the age of 26. But sad to say I heard some news that some teenagers commited suicide after breaking up with their boyfriend or girlfriend.
One of them is my batchmate's brother. It is sad to see the youth who commits suicide because of such matter. While others are striving to live longer on this planet.
Youth are hot lovers, but they need an adviser who will guide them in everything especially on their love life. And maybe it should be apply in schools because it is their second home and the teachers are their second parents.
When a person commits suicide due to heart break, is it a true love? Or an obsession?
