paidclix is is good ptc site or not as i got paid?

Paidclix is genuine PTC site or not? i started with site as it launched and today i got paid so is it good sign? or what as i clicked on payout and they paid me like instant so do i need to keep clicking and make money and upgrade my account or what? any good advice about PTC earnings?
