Had a great workout!

Boy did I get my butt kicked! I'm glad of it too because the first day was pretty tame and I didn't know what exactly I had gotten myself into. Today showed me that I signed up for a program that is totally what I need. That being said, I'm definitely going to be sore tomorrow! My back, shoulders, arms, and legs will be feeling it. We did deadlifts, rows using our body weight as resistance, and arm presses. The rows were really the killer. I came home and had dinner (pork chop, quarter cup of white rice, steamed cauliflower) and now I'm ready for bed. I'm pretty sure I will sleep soundly tonight!

The first day is usually easy. It's the second, third and forth and kick butt. Stick to it. It will be worth it.
