Meeting tomorrow at work!

I am having a meeting with the manager tomorrow at work. The one manager told me I will be doing the truck every week because I am good at it, and reach the goals. Ok, I like doing truck.
ISSUES - the teenagers do nothing,make the same asme, and get the same amount of hours as me. Not going to happen, I am demanding 28-32 hours a week if I am doing more work than these lazy teenagers.
I am wondering what he is going to say. He just beyond irritating when he just thinks because these teenagers (mind you some are early 20s), have weaknesses. I said no they have no work ethic BIG difference.

I hope the meeting goes well. I am glad you are getting to talk with the manager and hopefully get things worked out.

Ihope so. Or if not then thats my Q to leave and find a better job who appreciates more.

Yes, it is. I amin shock seeing what kids don't think they need to do.I always hada job whether babysitting, or delivering newspaper. These kids are early 20's and don't have anything.
