@Hatley - Ms Patsie - BBQ ribs are hard to beat- except under unusual circumstances. Back in the day, so to speak, I had to take a noontime flight aboard the then quite active (although unpredictable) Branniff International Airlines (the one we used to call "Worlds largest unscheduled airline..." This flight was the one that Branniff named "the Businessman's Flight." They served us all lunch in the cabin. It was BBQ ribs covered with lots and lots of drippy tomato sauce.
Can't you just see all of those "businessmen" with their white shirts, neckties, and suits all covered with splotches of tomato sauce? Fun and games, right?
