Do you loan out your car?

I don't think it's all that cool to just loan out your car. Not unless you know the driver very well. You know how bad it would be to have someone crash and walk away not concerned about your car. Not to mention your insurance.

I don't need to loan out my car. Everyone I know has their own.

I remember when I was a kid, people in our town always borrowed our car for ar wedding or some emergency situation, but my parents also lent our driver too so no stranger drove our car.

I never let anyone else drive my car. I never drive anyone else's car either.

Family and friends are fine, but I wouldn't give my car to someone else

We only loan out our car to family members when they have their car in for repairs. Loaning it to someone not well-known would be pretty risky.

Yes it is rather expensive to own a car.
