Hello wonderful ppl I have been off for a few days been sick and i pulled my back out hurts so bad just wish that this pain would go away.. pain pills dont even touch it and it is so hard to walk that I just want to stay in one spot and not move.. :(

Oh no, I am so sorry. .is it herniated disks or muscles. Man, I feel for you. I hope a solution is found soon.

thank you.. it is my muscles I helped pick up this tool box the other day and is about the size of a small car well it seemed that big lol... and that is when it happened

Awww that is too bad. I hurt my back once from unknown causes and it was very painful for days.

it is driving me crazy its been about 4 days now and its hurting more today than other so maybe it is getting better then..
