This Week's Special Recipes-Ice Cream Sandwiches

You will notice that I said "recipes", that's because we're making two different types of ice cream sandwiches. The first one is your basic ice cream sandwich and the second will be gingerbread ice cream sandwiches. We decided to be creative and try different kinds of ice cream rather than just the vanilla. The flavors we're going to try are vanilla, chocolate, and chocolate mint for the basic ice cream sandwiches. For the gingerbread we will be using butter brickle and black walnut.
