Sweating Out The Anxiety

It is time for me to get out there and start sweating the anxiety about the Wednesday cataract surgery.
Yes, I am on my way out to do some lawn mowing, that will help me to take my mind of what's coming.
Then, it will be shower time which will relax me some more, then lunch time.
If I am still too anxious after all that, I will have to do some vacuuming, another stress helper.
What do you do when you are too stressed?

You are doing the right thing by keeping yourself busy and keeping your mind occupied. I do the same thing if I am feeling stressed. Everything will go just fine Wednesday! Wishing you all the best!

I don't often get stressed but when I do I yell at my husband since he's the only one I have. See, the time went pretty fast didn't it...soon it will be all over and you'll be saying how easy it was.

I think I would take a nap and wake up refreshed and ready to face anything.

Just do everything and anything that keep my mind on other things. I wish you luck and hey, they do say it is a piece of cake if it is done by laser. Sending up a prayer that all goes well and just keep you mind on other things. Put on something great to watch or some favorite music. Virtual hugs @marlina
