weight training...

Hello again, today I want to talk about weight training, although I didn't do that for since awhile. I do have to go back into the routing of training a bit, at 55 I seam to loose muscle masses ,which I don't feel comfortable with that. Chances are, I can turn it around, that is why I show off my 1 pound dumbbells . Lets say, a woman has to start somewhere. Now I don't intend to lift 100's of pounds, I just have in mind to come back in good enough shape. Photo from Francine.

i've never lifted any weights before. i think starting small is good. how much was the maximum pounds you could lift before?

Hereandthere, I could lift around 10 to 15 but never kept it up. So that's why I am considering making most of it happening.
