Do people think they are too smart when they play dirty politics with the colleagues they trust. They forget it is an organization, the same spoon is used when an employee is not required in the Company immaterial who it is. I am right.

It is the ignorance and desire for instant success that compels everybody to play politics, it takes wisdom to overcome dirtypolitics not innovative corporate policies of demand and supply or some rosy picture of ethics and values as every aspect of human life has become so commercialized, glamours life style is no longer a luxury it is becoming a necessity, so the fundamentals of life needs to be rectified with Wisdom.
