Now this girl at work complains every little thing she's emailing the district manager. She has been doing this for months and they haven't done anything. Well I assume because she whines over everything little things. I had 1 meeting with the manager, and you can see how things are trying to change at least I think. I think because I had the meeting and voiced my opinion which I never do.

She was complaining of the teenagers, how they dont do their share of work (which is true), how she claims to think they send false emailstoget her in trouble, or how they are ganging up on her.

@ricki_911 What kind of business is this? Can't she just do her job well and not worry about teenage silliness?

That is what everyone should be doing. Speaking up helps.

yes managers do not pa y much attention to whiners as they get too repetitious after awhile

I hope things will change for you and your job will be easier without someone complaining all the time. that makes it hard on everyone.
