I have not eaten much today, but what little I did eat was not very healthy. So my diet is kind of okay today because I didn't consume a lot of calories, but I also have not worked out today, except for dancing with my son for a while which was definitely exercise. Other than that I have not done much. I plan on doing some yoga, perhaps for an hour. I haven't had dinner yet mainly because whatever my mother in law planned on making she has not made it yet and it is 6pm now. I am thinking I will make myself a salad because I am starting to get hungry and I need to stay below my allowed caloric in take. Have you eaten healthy today? Did you do any exercises today?

Well, thanks to the dog, I do walk a mile or a bit more every day. As a vegetarian, I do eat pretty healthy food, but often have something sweet.

I had 2 eggs scrambled and cooked with chopped onion, pepper, yellow squash, tomato, and basil for breakfast. Salad with grilled chicken with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dressing for lunch. No workout today as it is a rest day.

All of that sounds yummy except the balsamic dressing. I don't care much for it. Enjoy the rest day!

Not much exercising over here. But I always eat and drink healthy foods all the time.

@IvySaysHi Thanks. I do walk to the gym, local store down the block, and downtown/church every week, (except for the winter.) I do exercise at the gym 3x a week too.

I have eaten today, though I don't excercise much. Thank you for asking, but I strongly encourage you to eat more! A key part to dieting is eating the right food, not less food!

Yes I know. I didn't eat much because when i visit the dentist i dont eat before my appointments. I got home by lunch so I had lunch and dinner today

At least you've got a plan! For breakfast, I ate junkfoods and icecream... No exercise. :(

Only standard. I do not say a healthy. It is a standard one with some good cholesterol and fats and oil which are necessary for skin nourishment. I want to keep my skin glowing and attractive. How about you.?
