First Ukulele Lesson!

I pulled up a ukulele lesson video on Youtube today and started the process of teaching myself how to play. I picked it up really quickly. In an hour of practice I've taught myself four chords and I can now play a simple version of Bob Marley's "Three Little Birds". :-)
I'm soooo happy I decided to get myself a ukukele. I'm so in love with it and I can't wait to continue to teach myself! I'm wanting to get back to practicing the piano again too, but I don't want to overload myself. I'll wait until I'm more comfortable with the ukulele and then I'll start teaching myself the piano again. I'd forgot how much I missed learning. I know that sounds silly but if it's something I'm interested in, I love learning as much as I can about it. :-)

You can learn anything so long as you are interested, it's easier to learn now because of the internet and the uke has only 4 strings, glad to know that you are enjoying and learning at the same time.

It's definitely a lot easier to learn things that I'm interested in. If I don't care at all, I can't learn it. lol

I learn better that way. I never followed things well when someone was teaching me. I learn better when I teach myself. :-)
