I would think Turkish Cyprus would have closed its borders by now.

@vandana7 Closed for whom? What are you referring to? This is only a student who wants to study somewhere abroad.

@Loverabbit There is racial rioting, cops killing people, terror attacks, all kinds of stuff going on. There are good things, too but you don't hear much about them.

If you come to the US, it depends on the area you move to in regards to expense. If you live in a big city, it is way more expensive than if you live in a smaller rural town or city. My family and I live in a smaller town and our expenses are less than the major cities that are within an hour or two from us.

The cost of living would not be a problem I suppose cause I have friends who got home and I even have accommodation in university but I need to know how many hours I'll have to work to do my living assume rent and tuition cost $1000/p.m

Here in the US, it depends on the state that you would move to. Some are very expensive to live in.

But what be the living pattern?, How much do I have to strive for meeting my bills? If I go earn the minimum wage would I be able to live?
