Act your age! Go to a boxing academy and learn a bit so as to give those old people a punch on their noses (whatever their age)

Do not feel bad my freind. I have been told that my whole life also. It irritates me, but I think many are just secretly jealous because they think they have to be serious and stern all the time.

I've been told that a lot over the years. I don't worry too much about what others think, though.

No one has asked me to act my age in a long time so maybe I'm not fun? Keep on doing what you're doing Fredo and enjoy life...who cares if you are acting your age or not

@amadeo I wonder if there is a special books that shows us what to do and what not to do at every time of our lives. What will I do with my need for singing when the day is sunny?

Good grief I did not realise you were 86 Alfredo. I imagined you being much younger possibly in your 60's. No you should do what YOU want to do. Good job you are still fit and healthy enough to do these things well done you! You have gone up a notch higher in my opinion. Life is for living. I see far too many people who when retire just sit around and wait to die. Great you are getting out there and living. Do what you want to do and if anyone criticises you then they are not worthy to breathe the same air. You keep going!

I get a kick out of you and find your adventures amazing! I had no idea that you were 86 years old. People shouldn't judge others to the point where they say act your age, those are very harsh words, or maybe even words of jealousy that they cannot do what you can at their own age.

No, not really, usually people let me do what I enjoy. Even sliding down a hill on my butt when it's covered with snow.

When I was in my 30`s I used to go out to the dance clubs and this one place in Birmingham always had this elderly couple there and the woman would dance with the young guys as well as the man with the young girls. The club played top 40 dance and hip hop. I think you do what you want no matter the age, my sister is under 50 and she acts like she is over 100, me I get out and go and run/walk, I do a lot.

AGE... Its just a number. If you can do something, and you are good in it... You should do it. If it doesnt harm to anyone, why should we stop. "ACT YOU AGE",, This comes when someone is really jelouse of you. Because you are doing what they cant do. It means you are 1000 times better than them. So, dont stop... Keep doing what ever you like and what ever you feel comfortable until it doesnt harm anyone. Take care. May god bless you
