I opened up some birthday candy..

I did not want to open the candy though. I did not smoke today so I have sweets cravings today. I love this peanut butter candy so much. I hope I can get rid of most of this candy next week. I hat the fact that I love it so much.

I ate lots of candy when I quit smoking. And I went up 10 kilos (around 20 pounds).

That's a hard one to deal with. I can't believe its been over 2 months that I went cold turkey on sugar. Halloween will be interesting this year. Maybe it will be me howling at the moon!
