A really Bizarre Story

I will try again for a story with a link. A man in New Jersey was driving on the turnpike when a strange message went out over the airwaves. He recorded it.
It said, "Trump will go on the 26th." It repeated over and over. What does it mean? My son thinks it was a subliminal message that someone figure out how to make it heard. The story says it might be a hacker.
What do you think it means? Who do you think is behind it? September 26th is the date set for a Hillary vs.Trump debate.

It almost sounds like a threat, like it's a secret message to somebody sinister to try and do something on the 26th. It will be interesting to see what happens.

@moffittjc I thought I heard April once. My son listened and he heard April one time, too. Actually, my son told me about this story.

@akalinus I listened to it again a second time, and I didn't hear April 26th. But I admit the message is very bizarre and freaky!
