Would You Laugh A Lot?

Last night, I found myself laughing a lot as I looked through the photos of our recent family reunion. The many happy and funny things we did on that night flashed back to my mind one by one. I could not stop laughing at the sight of the wacky photos.
After that laughing spree, I felt so light and very relaxed. I then realized how my mind, heart and body were benefited by laughing that much.
Life does not always give us a reason to laugh. Sometimes there are problems and situations that beset us. But even then, there are still lots of reasons to smile and laugh. Let us do it more often for when we do so, we are giving ourselves a big favor. Remember…” Laugther is a good medicine”.

You are so right laugther is the best medicine. We often laugh with my husband. We talk and remember funny moments of our life. My grandmother used to tell me that she loved to hear me laugh, because it was spontaneous. She hated those who fake their sentiments.

True . Even just seeing pictures of people laughing would give us that happy feeling and would also elicit from us , a good laugh once again.
One thing i have proven , a person who is always happy and gets to laugh a lot, is younger looking than people of his same age . It's an anti-aging factor , no cost at all .

@ridingbet Whether laughter, sadness or whatever emotion you have to make sure it is controlled and moderate.

Laughing is really good for our health, as health experts say; so we must find time to laugh daily.

Laughing is important. It is an exercise for lungs, and heart. It makes body lighter. That is why there are people who join in laughing clubs also. The clubs collects a nominal fee and the members meet early in the morning in a park or at a convenient choice mutally agreed upon and start laughing. They mostly prefer open air atmosphere. Parks are mostly preferred.

We can't avoid feeling sad sometimes but don't just linger on sadness.
