I´m doing my walking.

This morning I mylotted some until I started to feel guilty about my not getting up from bed. I remembered the half hour walk the doctor had prescribed and called my daughter Claudia who lives not so far away. I told her would she invite me for lunch and I´d walk part of the way and then take a bus to her house. She was happy about it. So I started to look for my bus card and when I finally found it, I remembered that Diego had left it with no money. So I went out with enough money for a cab. I walked and walked for over 40 minutes and there was no taxi around. I called my daughter and she came to pick me up. She applauded me. I´ll try to walk even if it is around the block. I hope I can do it. The doctor told me the exercise was more important even than the diet. Do you exercise every day? Has it been always part of your routine?

@teenspirit I did not have energy while I was in chemo. That was expected. But them, when it all ended, I had grown addicted to my computer.

I've been doing pretty intense workouts 3 times a week. I'm thinking of going to my regular gym on a couple of the off days just to walk on the treadmill.

I became a very sedentary person after my chemo. So now it is like learning to walk again.

Exercise wasn't part of my routine early on but it has been now for the past five years or so. I exercise four to six times a week doing everything from circuit training, HIIT, boxing, mma, jiu jitsu, and muay thai.

I hurt one of my feet 2 days ago, because I was not wearing good shoes. I forgot to check on that.

I remember being a daily exercise person !! It was before i got married, i had zero responsibilities. Now i just am not able to manage my time... i understand i should, but just not able to. But i plan to start soon. And wish you all the best :)

It has been part of my routine off and on. More lately off. That is part of the reason I took the job. I have lots of hallways to walk with students all day.Sometimes I go to Physical Ed. class with them. I try to be sure to walk if I am monitoring the play ground.

I went to see a doctor for my prediabetes and she told me I wasn´t too much overweight, but that I MUST walk half an hour every day.

Every December 31 my self determination is newyear need to be start exercise and no non veg.1st Jan my self done after that no exercise..... See no health conscious.every one knows exercise is important to health.but unable follow

The diet my doctor gave me was perfectly reasonable. She said that exercise was more important.
