Ads should come with warnings / myLot

Several of the pop-ups contain pictures that are gross, sensationalized, and just downright nasty. Is there any technology that can apply this warning

. I am tired of trying to start discussions/complete responses while being grossed out by bodily fluids or disgusting food images.
