She is at the vet

I just sent Coco with daughter to the vet. She had a seizure yesterday when all was closed and I now have a little money. Hope and pray they figure it out. I still think its allergies that led to infection on her one foot she constantly chews at it and it looks red. So I am going to try and load the yummy spaghetti grandson made us night before last. yes, probably should not but still eating on it. so far so good. it will have to go I know if not finished today. Its silly but I keep looking every once in a while for Coco, even though she is at the vet. kind of like when I had my babies. I always had them formost in my mind. like they were attached to me before they started school. why I can't figure how anyone could forget them in a car or any place for that much. so wish for me Coco will come back with something to help her

I was hoping that one she had would be the last one. Darn! You are used to having her there with you and, hopefully, she will be back very soon.

@bunnybon7 ......Well, sometimes you have to occupy your mind cause nothing is going to come for a while.

@celticeagle well all they did was give her some pain meds. thinking its her arthritis, because i couldn't afford to have the blood test. times i think they are just after money like ours

@bunnybon7 Sorry about that Bonnie - your love and care will probably do more for Coco than the vet can.

@bunnybon7 Vets are so expensive, we had two dogs that were old and needed attention from the vet. We had to have both put down. they were suffering too much. We said never again. It's just too painful.

The vets don't sound too helpful at all. Which is very sad. The food does look good though

@polyxena this one only said she had no infection from a blood test they gave her and only option was an xray which they said costs a thousand bucks!! no one has that kind of money that aren't rich these days. we ended up sadly putting her to sleep rather then her suffer longer

@bunnybon7 Most vets aren't that good. The last vet we went to for my husbands cat, their only response was to put him to sleep. While it's what we did because he was suffering, but they could have figured out what was wrong instead of just giving that option.

@bunnybon7 brandy, I am so so sorry. That is so hard. I know I had to put my dog down and hated it. I tried everything to get her better, but, nothing worked. I hated losing her. I understand that you miss her.

Awww - I hope Coco is ok and that they can help her. I'm always up for spaghetti - yah, I can eat loads of it too. I do that when the kids are not at home . . . it's that "missing" feeling.

I never left my kids in a car or anywhere. We had lots of kids left at the store where I worked. How can you forget your child and just leave with out them.

Hope Coco is alright. As for leftovers I heard somewhere that 4 days is about the maximum.... I know my folks push it longer than that.... and I've heard that reheating in the microwave kills more germs than the stove

sadly this was the beginning of the end for my poor fur baby Coco, never found out what caused them seizures and had to have her put out of her misery as vet's here really are useless. our vet in AZ always found the problem. and helped. this is the second dog i lost to Florida.

I said a prayer for you and Coco. I do hope they figure this out. I know people can have seizures from running a fever and also from too low a blood sugar.

that's the sad part. I have had her for almost 13 yrs. and she will soon be 14yrs, since I got here the vets seem to not know what to do with her. not sure they are good. miss the Arizona vet we had
