Fitness means What?

Most of us think about Fitness in terms of Physical fitness. What about our Mental balance? If we get angry, stressed, tired and demotivated easily, we need to improve our Mental Fitness too. How do you see Fitness

fitness encompasses all aspects like mental,emotional. physical fitness is just one part of it....and if one is not fit emotional it will show in the lifestyle of the person.

@RADICAL11 in this age of technology and gadgets we tend to ignore our fitness....people nowadays are career driven and ambitious and they cannot even take out 30 minutes of their busy day to devote to fitness that is why health concerns are increasing at an alarming rate
