It seems like people have strong feelings when it comes to pickles. I like dill pickles the best. I will eat those if I have them. I don't really care for sweet pickles, but I do ocassionally like them with a cheese sandwich or on a relish tray. I had a hot dill pickle one day and that was good, but too much juice..Pickles yay or nay?

I love pickles - preferably the dill. I like a little bit of the sweet if it is mixed in with something - like in a tuna salad.

By pickles, do you mean thinks pickled in vinegar or simply the pickled gherkin? Pickles here includes such as pickled onions, pickled beetroot, pickled eggs, pickled carrot, pickled herring etc. I like pretty much anything that's been pickled.

@egdcltd well pickles are stuff in vinegar here too, but we tend to refer to them as like pickled peppers, pepperonci, cabbage, cauliflower etc...not to be confused with the humble pickle.

@snowy22315 I thought so, after reading up on it a bit ago. Here, pickles is stuff in vinegar. And other things as well, such as Branston Pickle which contains... well, actually I haven't a clue without looking it up. It's nice in a cheese sandwich though.

I love pickles . When we eat our meals and we haven;t cooked any side dish , i would just get the pickled cucumber and make it as our vegetable to go with the dish .
