It´s either bed or eating what I shouldn´t.

These last days I´m trying to go to bed earlier so that I don´t walk to the fridge to see what´s there. And that´s exactly what I will do in this moment. I haven´t reached my goal yet, but I have read some posts from my friends and some of them were very interesting. THere are someposts that even if I read them, I don´t answer them. For example, Iwill not write a comment on the US elections. I have my own ideas about it and the US elections have to do with the whole world. But still, out of respect, I will keep my mouth shut. And as you see, I have more than one reason to keep my mouth shut. There is still a Swiss chocolate in the fridge. I´ll take some water to the night table and see what the TV brings. Good night!

TV was so bad that I took my laptop to bed and played a game with tokens for some time.

I used to be the same. But last week I went to the doctor and came back with a diet and pill because I´m on the verge of having diabetes.

@SIMPLYD As it is bitter chocolate, I think that I´ll scrape a bit of it each time in my coffee.

@marguicha Oh , so you better not store cakes in the fridge anymore , so you won't be tempted to eat them .

I had Swiss chocolate last evening, here comes the season when I love a piece of chocolate while I watch the TV. I do not comment either about US elections, even if I am my personal ideas about that.

I am eating nice green salads with a dressing of salt, oregano and lemon. I can even add a bit of olivve oil and it won´t hurt. And as you are nearing winter and cold, you can make a chicken broth and place it in a mug to take to bed.

I think I would eat the chocolate. I know enough about the US elections to just about full up the back of a postage stamp so on that subject I will stay silent also.

@marguicha I am border line type 2 but have kept blood sugar at normal since June. Still have a great now and then. Drinking lots of water I am sure helps with the blood sugar levels too. Maybe you shouldn't eat the chocolate. Sorry now that I said I would eat the chocolate.

@saulgoodman I´ll take your advise about water into account. I´m just starting to change my eating habits and it is not easy.

My doctor confirms what I have read about getting enough sleep. It is good for your blood sugar to do so. Enjoy sweet dreams my friend instead of sweet chocolate.

That's really irresistible... After dinner the only option left is to walk towards the fridge.

If you keep the goodies out of the fridge you won't have any reason to walk to it for them. It's too cold in here for goodies in the fridge or freezer, in fact, I just remembered I purchased some salad. I hope it's still good tomorrow.
