Work Out

September 30, 2016 6:04am CST
We all have this urge to become healthy and sometimes, we feel like we needed to hit out the gym. But sometimes, it doesn't go our way because we either lack motivation or we just get tired easily from working out. Running, jogging can be really hard specially if you are a first timer. It's just that, we needed someone to motivate us and keep ourselves healthy. As for me, I always do yoga to keep my brain functioning correctly for studies. But that doesn't make me feel like I am comfortable with my body since I am gaining fat fast. I plan to jog this night before sleeping and after reviewing my lessons. What about you? Do you have some kind of motivation for getting yourself healty? Let's talk about it and let's try each other's idea of getting motivated for working out.

This is my motivation to prevent myself from getting tired or stopping in the middle of it.

Now this is something I should remember. 30 minutes are not enough to burn the fats I have. I have to make at least one hour per day. So what kind of exercises do you do?

I agree, It's very important that we do some physical activity. That is, after all, wired in our system as humans.

At least you have someone to bring with you when you are doing some physical exercises. So how was it?
