Good morning.TGIF and the weekend begins.
Did you know my petting your dog is good for your healthA pet is certainly a great friend. After a difficult day, pet owners quite literally feel the love.
In fact, for nearly 25 years, research has shown that living with pets provides certain health benefits. Pets help lower blood pressure and lessen anxiety. They boost our immunity. They can even help you get dates

I have heard that petting animals, growing flowers, and similar activities are good for your health and especially if you have high blood pressure. Although that wouldn't work for me. Not much an animal lover and have never been good at gardening. But I know it works for other people.

Pretty little Ms. Ruby. What is her breed? We've taken our Sally pup on vacations. One lady ran up and asked if she could kiss Sally cause she missed her own dog. (Hubby was along so I didn't want a date. Not sure that Sally wanted one, either!)

My animals make me happy, I would love if mine could come inside but since I have serve allergies I have to make sure they live outside comfortably and that I make time everyday to spend with them. They make me move around!
