How many of you are gym-goers here?

I workout at home, not the gym. But I must admit I have been slacking though, lol!~ Not blaming my getting sick that broke the momentum though as that is not an excuse. Before that I was doing 400 push-ups and also sit-ups respectively, 3 sessions a day Just like to keep myself healthy and firm-up / build muscles so that don't get injured easily.

That's cool bro. Pushups nd situps so you have a very strong heart and physical endurance is top notch. But if you ever think of gaining some size on your body don't hesitate to join the nearest gym. The satisfaction you get after the process is something words can't express
