Busy September
September was a busy month for me, not really being online much, not being here and elsewhere online.
I was busy with course work and what I had to do with that which including work experience in hospitality which was very interesting indeed. With the work experience, I gain a job out of it, the only one that has done so out of the group of 12 on the course.
During the work experience I worked in a hotel and two coffee shops, all three were very hard work, didn’t realize how much work is involved in doing that kind of work. One day I walked 18,000 steps according to the app I have on my phone.
In one of the coffee shops I impressed the area manager so much she offered me a job, which I should be starting in two weeks. It’s very interesting, but also very hard work with being on your feet all day.

Congratulations for getting the job! It has been a long time since I responded to your post. I got a stressful September. I got sick. That is the worse part. I think it is a part of our life to be stressed at times. On the other hand, getting sick is something that I dread. It ruins my timetable and makes me more depressed.

@kevin1877uk I see. We were both busy. Anyway, were you still able to reach the minimum pay out in here?

@annierose Yes we were both busy, no, I wasn't only made 80 cents last month and that was mainly the first few days of the month, did you make it?

I know what you mean I work at one place for 27 years and there too, I was on my feet all day long.

Glad September was a productive month for you. Well done on getting the job. Yes, it's amazing how many steps we can walk in a day. I too have an app on my phone and sometimes it astonishes me how much I actually walk around even when I'm just doing housework.
