6.19 a m all is well yawn Im up and dresse
badly in need of a cup of hot rich coffee.
but its too early yet so Im here talking
away on a too early Sunday morning.
It is really dark out there so thus begins
the time of getting up in the dark again.I
guess its late enough now to mosy to
the little elevator and finally get into the'
dining room.If Im early its easy to get tomy]
seat as I do not have to squeeze between
two diners.
Back and sneezing , overcast and looks'
like rain but it never does rain, 'breakfast
fast was good, pancakes not waffle and
scrambled eggs, bacon, cheerios,milk,'
cranberry juicee,, and coffee. well fed 'now
cold back to bed see y ou all later.''['

hope you ate better this morning we had pancakes that were so'good I do not
let them put syrup on mine as I cannot handle the sugar in it at all.

Sounds like you had a good breakfast. =) I had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel this morning and it was amazing since I haven't had it in a while.

oh I uysed t o go t o Walmarts when we had Yara here to take the retirement van adn I alway bought a package of the most wonderful bagels now its been a while now a bagel wityh bacon egg and cheese oh that would be good Lunch was good cheese and mac but way too much one can only eat so much after all. I overeat it messes uop my blood glucose so I do not do that.

@Hatley Yeah I don't get that often so it was a nice treat. =) I'm glad you had a pretty good lunch too. I had a roast beef sandwich for lunch, it was good too.

oh thaat doesa sound good love biscuits and thye rest wow suns out now sort of a sickly yellow hut clouds are now white and fluffy so no rain,
