Pick a niche hopefully you have a passion for or have some reasonable about. Pick a free blogging platform. There are several out there. The most popular (the ones that I know of) are Wordpress, Blogspot, and Tumblr. Try it free first to see if you like blogging. If you enjoy it and the results of your efforts are what you expected, then wish you success. Happy blogging!

There is an internet site called Niume.com that pays with Pay Pal $10 dollars for writing blogs for them on various subjects that you can share your thoughts on.
