Suddendeath poetry Challenge: Life
October 8, 2016 9:38pm CST
Welcome to this weekend’s Suddendeath poetry challenge, Life! Anyways, rules are as follows, write a poem in any style using the five words that I give you. Write it in one sitting or in under an hour (only to quash your inner editor, rules are loose there). Add it here, OR link in a comment so we can enjoy each other’s' poems. The words can be in any plurality or tense. Today’s words are:life, end, sad, blue, lost Here, I gave you the words, sorry... I dont have an entry. I am not doing to well....

I see a sad mood in those words, I will do my best. Life is not always our friend What we took for granted, one day ends. Sad memories then follow, we feel blue and the world seems to halt. We feel lost, but we know that we must go on.

Life is at an end Loss everywhere Feeling blue Can't find the glue To mend and repair Tired of being sad Wish I could be bad But heart is a turd It never learns Hope flies Always away from my eyes Fallen tears Misery near like my only ally Give me a hug Wrap your arms tight Hold me close The sun is too bright
