Fasting on religious holidays...

Yes it's a religious holiday here we will be observing two consecutive holidays this week.
So I will be fasting both the days I just finished with sahoor (breakfast) and performed the morning prayers and now I will be fasting for approximately 14 hours and willnot be eating or drinking till the dawn.
Do you fast?

I regularly fast. I take lunch only. No dinner.

Not really, I just make i have vegetables to eat everyday. But I have lessen the food intake slowly day by day. Because I'm not sure if i can survive fasting, it would seriously hurt my stomach causing you ulcer in the long run.
