search for the topic "fatal water intoxication"... a study done by monash university australia shows that drinking 8 glass of water a day will led to fatal water intoxication...swallowing inhibition is activated in the brain ..there are cases where people even died...drinking only when body needs it is enough...but do your research before believing this...

The study does NOT say that drinking 8 glasses of water a day will kill you! That is completely incorrect and shows that you did not read the article properly. The article actually says: "The study, led by researchers from Monash University in Australia, challenges the popular idea that we should drink eight glasses of water a day for good health.". That does NOT mean that 8 glasses a day is bad for you! It merely means that it may not be as good for you as you think. The article goes on to quote the researcher, Michael Farrell as saying “If we just do what our body demands us to we will probably get it right – just drink according to thirst rather than an elaborate schedule.” It is stupid misquotations such as you have made here which are the bane of the Internet and social media. Please always be sure to check your facts before you write or pass on information like this!

I read that before too. I think water intake should vary from person to person depending on their environment and activity...

It depends from person to person. And if you ask a doctor, he will ask you to stop reading such articles. lol. 8 glass of water can never ever harm you.
