A New Puppy

I have decided that my daughter is old enough to have a puppy. I was about her age when my mother brought our puppy home, we were best friends from the start and remained so until she passed when I was in high school. We have chosen a beautiful little female dachshund. We are so excited! My daughter looks at her picture at least every hour! We are getting ready for her to come to her new hoe next week! I haven't had a puppy since I was in high school so if anyone has any advice, I will appreciate it!

No not yet. She gets to meet her this evening, I am sure she will name her then. We can take her home next week.

We really enjoy having pets, but it can be a lot of work. Hope you love your new puppy.
