Do you know the fruit called persimmon?

Persimmon is a very sweet and juicy fruit. It is very soft, too. I wonder whether you have tasted it before. Since I wonder whether this is a fruit that grows in my country only.

It doesn't grow in Germany but we can buy it here. Up to now, I haven't eaten it yet.

@youless Here they are not imported, almost everybody has a persimmon tree in the garden.

Yes, but rarely available cause they're imported and sold in high price. I've tasted it once, and i love its taste.

I think it is imported from the north places. As here they grow in the north.

I can buy it in the market here. In the past when I traveled to Beijing, there are a lot of persimmon trees in the street.

You can compare it to the tomato, but it is softer and sweet.
