Salmon patties.

Tonight I made salmon patties and fried taters for dinner. I didn't have time to go get fresh salmon so I used canned salmon. They still turned out pretty delicious. I didn't get a picture of the potatoes, just of the salmon patties once I had cooked them.

Looks good patties. Sometimes if we don't manage to use fresh we think that stuff might not taste as good but it usually does. Fresh Salmon is nice but so is canned. I bet just as many people buy canned as buy fresh.

I do buy some canned salmon but only the Red Sockeye, can't stand the pink kind.

that's a good idea using canned salmon. A lot cheaper too.

That is true. One can makes eight of them so I figured it wasnt too bad of a deal.
