Still no package!

Remember I said I was waiting for a package two days ago? Well, they didn't show up that night. I think I may have punched the wrong button on the phone-- they have an automated scheduling service. So then they tried to deliver it while I was at work yesterday. Then they tried while I was actually at home at 6:45 in the evening, but I was in bed because I had a headache and didn't hear the bell. Then I called and scheduled it to be delivered Saturday morning, but they tried today again! I think they just drive by every time they are going by my house on their usual route without paying attention to what I asked for. Have you had this kind of frustration with communicating with delivery?

i've had several packages delivered last week and one of them went missing for days. they sent me a text message in the morning but i was asleep. they told me, when i replied in the afternoon, that it was delivered to someone who claimed to know me. he mentioned the name and i told him i don't know this person blah blah blah.. turned out it was claimed by someone from my landlord's house. i thanked him still and i'm hoping they won't do that again.

That is kind of scary-- who knows who might steal your stuff? But our delivery people generally get a signature.

ours would always ask for a signature too. well the delivery man knows me now so he won't do it again.
