1955 – The Four Lads, a Canadian band came out with a top selling single “Moments to Remember”. 1958 – Jackie Wilson came out with his first U.S. Top Ten hit “Lonely Teardrops”. 1966 – The Four Tops released their last number one song in the U.S. “Reach Out I’ll Be There”. 1977 – Debbie Boone scored her first number one single with “You Light Up My Life”. 1988 – UB40 came out with a reggae version of “Red, Red Wine”. In 1968 Neil Diamond didn’t have great success with his version.
