Mine has been in a constant change up and down since April. I bought a car in April and in June it dropped 110 points. Last month it climbed back up 65 points and then this month it dropped 75 points. I have no idea what is going on with it. Nothing else has changed on my report, so I don't have any idea whats causing the change. Hoping that it starts improving and finally stabilizes. Glad to hear that yours is climbing.

@celticeagle a lot of times I use cash when on hand and generally only pay mortgage or utility bills with the good ole checks and a 'higher credit score' surprise is not really a surprise to me cause credit is always iffy, available or withheld

I only check it when I am planning to buy something rather big, like a new home. I know we are entitled to one check by each credit agency per year, however, I don't keep track on them. Maybe it's a good idea to take a look on your score every now and then. This is also useful to avoid being victim of identity fraud.
