Wow, I feel pity for this young man for eating only fast food with out vegetables and fruits for a long time. I didn't realize you're going to be blind for simply just eating fast food? You know this reminds me of my nephew who spent most of his life eating Fast food with little vegetables. No wonder he has sight problems and now has high grade glasses. I've shown this video to his mom and hope she shares it to him. Well, He wasn't online yet.

@Letranknight2015 I never ate much vegetables either, but they are good for you. Just eat the ones you like.

This is very shocking. Yet what I do not understand why the parents did not advice the kid as to not to keep on eating KFC diet. Or perhaps the kid was too stubborn? This is a stern warning not only to kids and teens but us grown ups too who sometimes keep on eating too much stuff from outside too.

A diet like that is related in some way I believe but also maybe in the Family there are contributing factors also. Could be I donĀ“t know. Maybe if he changed his diet somewhat his health would improve.

@Letranknight2015 No I mean if the family themselves have eyesight problems also. But they could try and help him out with his diet if they can. Bit hard for them to tell him what he should eat though.

What is wrong with parents letting their kids eat nothing but KFC or any fast food.

I have no idea why @jstory07 but I've seen my nephew eating only fast food, but from time to time they've been eating some vegetables and fish too.

@enlightenedpsych2 I have instead seen some poor families eating just chapattis and veggies and richer ones eating more fast food.

I go for balanced diet though I am a vegetarian. For easy reference I go by colors of vegetables, green, yellow, orange etc. I mix them up as often as I can - siva

I'm doing my best to be balance on what I eat @Shiva49 it's not viable anymore if you don't add vegetables in your meal.

That is terrible that some parents are too lazy to cook .. Obesity is a real problem here in Australia .. even over there in the Philippines it's becoming a real problem ..

It's hard to believe they let their kid eat fast food for that long @epiffanie my nephew and niece can be that problem.

It's true, I think that poor diet can encourage those natural weaknesses to come about more severe. My dad is experiencing hair loss because the only food he wants to eat is fast food or sugar.

Any time you eat nothing but bad food, you are going to have all sorts of health issues. All bad things in moderation is always a better option. It's fine to have a treat. But not all the time.
