I will vote for Trump

India

Hope he will cancel the visa of all those foreigners and send them packing to their respective homes. Good if he deports all the Non Resident Indians and rejects any renewals. That way they will be forced to come back here and see what a mess our country is in! Maybe they will do something about it... Ah, that could mean Silicon Valley turning into Silly Con Valley. Less projects for space exploration. Aliens meeting us delayed by few decades or centuries. But all these things can wait.

I don't think we need the NRI's to come back to solve our problems....there are enough of us here to solve it ourselves if we really try.

Having a big reunion, with some whiners thrown in here and there, would be.... grand!

In my opinion , there's no need for fellow countrymen of yours in the US go back there . Maybe what is needed is a new set of governing people in your country who really is up to making India a nice place to live so others won't migrate to other countries again .

It's annoying when you are pushed by everyone to 'migrate' just because that's the norm and most harbor some 'American dream'.

@hora_fugit If I were Indian, and came here, I think I would find many Americans brutish and uncultured. But maybe that's because most of the Indians I meet are bright, motivated, and family-oriented. I'm sure there are brutes in India as well.

@antonbunot He'd be pretty successful here, to be honest. Just now I realized, the guy fooling a large section of public here is named Arvind too! Coincidence....

A regular contact with those drained brains makes me wonder many a times, though.

Be careful what you do in the future, YOU! If you come to America to vote for Trump, I will start a ground-swell here in the United States as well as on myLot for everyone to write in the candidate of our choice! His name is hora_fugit! I think I could generate enough publicity for you to make President in four years, if not this election! (Would you care to place a wager on that, my friend?)

@DaddyEvil .. And I get to hand you over to Pakistan for letting them do what they want to do with you...or may be the Chinese...who will turn you into noodles. The thought is quite interesting actually..

LOL . . . If Canadians were allowed to vote in USA presidential elections, I will vote for Trump, too. I want to see how he would make America great again.

@hora_fugit I feel fine with it. I didn't follow the elections enough to know enough about each candidate other then the awful things I heard. It is so hard to know what is true and what isn't.

Elmer Fudd would make a better president - tricky getting his votes from the rabbits and ducks though

"Elmer Fudd" made me scratch my head as I am not much familiar with Lonney Tunes. May be I have now as much hair left as he does. We will see for Trump..

@hora_fugit That is not being selfish, YOU. That is you showing you are a human being with the faults and fears of a human being. I would find myself reluctant to go to India, too, even if I was supposed to meet you and vanny when I arrived. I don't feel comfortable with the new and the unknown. (You can choose which of you is the new and which is the unknown, if you want! )

I doubt that there is any utopia in this world. All countries have their good points and bad points. It is sad to think that people are pressurised to go abroad and leave their homelands. It would be good to make our own countries great and better places to live.

Sometimes, whether you like it or not, you are pushed towards the "Land of Dreams"... And then you start dreaming too, hopefully for the short time.

Don't do it! If all of my Indian neighbors go home to India, they'll be replaced with loud and brutish Americans, revving their motorcycles, playing rap and metal music, drinking and laughing until 1 AM, then vomiting in the parking lot until 3 AM. Plus I won't have anyone to discuss music and science with.

Now isn't that a nice dream. To think that Trump winning the election would actually benefit the other countries by forcing the non residents to return to their home countries and try to do something good there.
