Mishti Doi or sweet yogurt is an integral part of Bengali cuisine, served mainly as a dessert after a scrumptious meal. This yogurt is very common in the states of West Bengal and Odisha in India, as well as in Bangladesh. However, this differs from the plain yogurt because of the technique of preparation. And is a Foodie's delight Pic courtesy : Wikipedia
