What's for dinner? October 26

What's going on the dinner table this evening? I want to know! We have plenty of leftovers so I'm not cooking anything tonight. I think I am just going to have a couple of meatballs. I don't even feel like making pasta to go with them. I'll just put them on a plate and nuke them in the microwave. My husband will probably go for the meatloaf and mashed potatoes when he gets home from work. That's the plan over here tonight. What are YOU having? Do tell!

We had Caldo The Mexican Soup with tortillas and I tried to make something with Garbanzo beans with jalapenos and roasted red peppers and corn and black beans it was left over soup except for the bean thing L.O.L.

Since 3 of my boys moved out recently, we have lots of left over. We need good recipes. Because we don't want always ground beef. Tonight we had ground beef mixed with fish and peas and carrots and onion rings. Anyway....

If you saw my comment from yesterday, I made a big Crock Pot of chicken tortellini soup. I'm not feeling well today but I expected hubby to have some for dinner tonight. It burns my butt that he doesn't eat the left overs I make but they ALWAYS eat left overs at his mother's. She puts all left overs out on the table and people help themselves. But here, if he doesn't eat it I can only guess he didn't like it too much... though that's not the opinion I got last night. As usual he had a bowl of cereal.
