Looking down the road a bit

Well, I will fill you in on a few things that we see coming up in the future. We will literally be looking down the road tomorrow night, as we are going to visit my family members in Oklahoma this weekend. We had an extra day off from school, so I will get everything ready so we can leave when hubby gets home.
Monday is Halloween, here in the states kids go door to door for candy and stuff. Some people call that trick or treat, others call it Beggars Night. At school at the end of the day the kids and teachers will have a parade. In costume. I am thinking about resurrecting Garden Gerty, but for the kids I will call her a scarecrow, although she was a clown, originally.
Somewhere down the road I will be taking hubby for a CT scan and a bone scan. He had a biopsy that found cancer.
Down the road, and around the corner, we never really know what we will see.

We will have to see what the doctor says about it. It is prostate cancer.

@GardenGerty Prostate cancer is pretty common in men and it can be treated with success.

The weekend will be good. Hubby does not feel ill in any way but is disappointed that his body is letting him down a bit.
